Refund & Exchange
However, to be eligible for a return or exchange, all items must be in their original packaging along with the sales receipt within 14 days from the date of purchase (Items should be in their original condition). An exchange will not be possible if you do not have your purchase receipt.
- Repairs of the items damaged due to wear and tear will not be entertained. Please note that we have the right to assess the age & condition of the returned goods before offering an exchange.
- Return or exchange of certain item categories, such as undergarments, will not be accepted due to health & hygiene precautions.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Exchanges (if applicable)
How are my refunds credited?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. For instance, if you purchase an item through a debit card or PayPal, your refunds will also be credited to the same form of payment.
