Refund & Exchange

We are working with a long list of partners, and our ultimate goal is to make our visitors and customers happy. In this case, we stand behind every item to ensure customers are satisfied.
Apart from that, we understand that shopping online can be difficult in certain ways, especially when it comes to finding the right sizes of clothing, and sometimes you may not be happy with your purchase. If you order from us and receive it, but then change your mind, we’ll do the needful to take it back for a possible exchange or refund.

However, to be eligible for a return or exchange, all items must be in their original packaging along with the sales receipt within 14 days from the date of purchase (Items should be in their original condition). An exchange will not be possible if you do not have your purchase receipt.

  • Repairs of the items damaged due to wear and tear will not be entertained. Please note that we have the right to assess the age & condition of the returned goods before offering an exchange.
  • Return or exchange of certain item categories, such as undergarments, will not be accepted due to health & hygiene precautions.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. While we may consider replacing items ordered in the wrong size, we recommend consulting the size chart to ensure an accurate fit before making a purchase.
Please note that if a return is approved, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be included in any refund issued. The company reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange and may require picture identification.

How are my refunds credited?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. For instance, if you purchase an item through a debit card or PayPal, your refunds will also be credited to the same form of payment.
