Natty Africa is headquartered in Nigeria, with its partners spread across the country and Africa. So basically, your apparels are shipped from different locations. If you order more than one item from different merchants, the items may arrive in different packages as the shipments are coming from different locations.
Since we are partnering with multiple fashion houses to provide you with a wide variety of pieces to choose from, the items are shipped from separate locations and arrive at different times.

If you plan to buy an item for a certain occasion or as a holiday gift, we recommend that you place the order at least one month in advance to ensure that the items arrive on time. Natty Africa is not responsible for items that do not arrive before a specified day.
Once your order is processed, you will receive the tracking information. Due to the high volume of orders that we receive, this can take up to 10 business days after you place the order.
If you experience any situation where your order tracking isn’t updated, we advise you to exercise some patience and refresh your browser, as the issue may be due to a poor internet connection.

Send an email to us at compalints@nattyafrica.com within a week of receiving your item, along with your order number, and a photo of the faulty item.
We will alert our partnered brand right away and ship you another item.
Our partnered fashion brands typically use DHL, UPS, or FedEx shipping to deliver your orders efficiently and safely, which normally takes 3-7 business days to arrive.
Depending on your location, whether the overseas or within, we ensure your items are delivered accordingly.
The tracking logistics typically take 3-7 business days to show up, so don’t worry about it! Just check back in that time frame, and you should see the tracking update show up.
Don’t worry! All orders from our partners are protected by the shipping warranty at no cost to you. If it has been 45 days since you placed your order and you have not received the items, please contact us, and we can issue a refund, resend the item, or issue you a store credit.
We are all humans, and of course, we understand that mistakes happen. Just send an email to complaints@nattyafrica.com within 24 hours of placing the order with the following information:
- Your requested changes (correct shipping address, name, etc.)
- Your order number
If it is more than 24 hours since you placed your order, we recommend that you notify your local post office about the issue so that they can redirect the package to your correct mailing address.
If there has been an extended period of time since your last order update, there is a chance that it is being held at customs, which is out of our control. Unfortunately, we cannot make requests to the government or shipping companies to ask for package expedition.
However, if you have any questions about address changing, mail forwarding, or if your item is mistakenly listed as “delivered,” please contact your local post office.
Shipping normally takes around 7-20 business days. If you are checking the tracking of your package and you see that your package has not been updated for a couple of days, no worries!
If your package is still within the 7 to 20 business day time frame, it means that your package is still in transit, and once it reaches its destination country, you should get further updates on the whereabouts of your package.
Send your request to cancel your order to complaints@nattyafrica.com within 24 hours of submitting the purchase. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for the cancellation.
Items can be returned or exchanged within one week of delivery by contacting us at complaints@nattyafrica.com.
We offer refunds for unopened packages and store credit if the package is not opened and still in its original condition.
